SideDoor Spotlight: Ettie & Co

SideDoor Spotlight: Ettie & Co
“I love the customer service with SideDoor. That’s what really got me to trust the whole process.”

Eteannette Seymour is the founder of Ettie & Co located in Saratoga Springs in New York. She mostly works on multi-room residential projects with local and virtual clients looking for a custom curated design and support from concept to completion.

Eteannette uses SideDoor for both direct checkout and to share collections with her clients.

“I love that any long distance or smaller client can purchase through my trade-account without me having to manage all of that for them. At some point the hours it takes to manage all of that is just not worth it, so that is definitely my favorite thing about SideDoor.

It’s also really helpful for my clients to see the collections so they can see the different pictures and the price. I love the estimated times too, those really help!”
